Yes, Rey Mysterio (1974- ) spelled with a Y is in the WWE Hall of Fame. But this is his uncle and trainer Rey Misterio (1958-2024), who is spelled with an I and is not in the HOF.

The Mysterio who is in the Hall of Fame has never used the I spelling without an added "II" or "Jr" at the end.

It's a sneaky question, but not an impossible one.
