I changed the source to use city limits population rather than urban areas. Partially because it's been almost five years since the UK left the EU, and it was weird seeing British cities on here. I also added a map. Enjoy!

Imo you should change title. Not a biggest cities but urban areas or agglomerations. For example Katowice has only 300k, 2,17M has whole conurbation of Silesia

The borders of the city of Belgium are tiny (similar to the City of London) and mostly follow the mediaeval city walls.
