Hey hi,

You asked me how to add the "jp-fail" to an SVG. Idk if you still need this info, but I think I know how to do it. I haven't tried yet, but all you should have to do is upload the SVG into Inkscape, edit the XML, and edit the specific "class" of each country you want to add the "jp-fail" to. Just add the "jp-fail" to the class, and it should work.

If you have no clue what I'm talking about, let me know (notify me somewhere).

Unfortunately, Inkscape is the best way to add the "jp-fail". At least the best way that I know of.
