I'm not sure what definition you are using for 'English-speaking, but English is an official or de facto language in Botswana, Burundi, Cameroon, Eswatini, Gambia, Ghana, Kenya, Lesotho, Malawi, Namibia, Nigeria, Rwanda, Seychelles, South Africa, South Sudan, Sudan, Tanzania, Togo, Uganda, Zambia, and Zimbabwe. (Maybe clarify in a caveat)
Morocco borders the Mediterranean as well.
Otherwise, keep up the great work! (I was shocked to learn Cote'd'Ivore has the second most immigrants).
Countries don't speak languages. Their people do. You should define what you actually mean by "countries that speak English." There are many countries in Africa where substantial numbers of people speak English. There are also many countries where English is an official language.
