Hepzibah's house-elf is called "Hokey", you could put Galatea Merrythought, as that is her real name, and it is Gwenog Jones not Gwennog Jones. Otherwise I got all of them right. Nice quiz, very obscure questions.

It's also Morsmordre (you missed the last r), for the dark mark's spell.

Morsmorde is missing an r. You might also consider allowing for a few spelling variations on the more difficult questions. :)
