When I add up those numbers I get a total of 204. But the regular jetpunk countries of the world quiz only has 196 countries. Have you included countries that they normally don't, like Palestine and so on? or have you miscounted?

or perhaps some countries are included in two continents, like turkey?

Interesting, Seems to be a combination of things. they have included at least Palestine which isn't a part of the 196 jetpunk countries. And they have counted Russia and turkey twice, once for Asia and once for Europe. That doesn't account for all the differences but thats where I stopped looking. Thanks for the source :)
