It's tough with the Belarusian spellings. I would go with Gomel, Mogilev and Vitebsk; now that you've made it this way, you could add them as type-ins. Don't know if Grodno or Hrodna is the more common spelling for the other city.

I think it would be better to list the separate Chilean cities; I wouldn't have used any communes of Santiago. 'Course, they're on the list, so I get it.

Santa Cruz ought to be allowed for the Bolivian one, I reckon, but it's up to you.

I didn't want the names to be far from the original. But if there are many comments about this, I will fix it.

It's common to simplify the spellings of the Belarussian cities (Homel/Gomel, Grodno/Hrodno, Mogilev, etc..)

Also Phuentsholing is misspelled, and Masina is part of Kinshasa and not its own city, Kananga should be the 5th city in DRC/

Overall the quiz is awesome
