interopia, you might consider adding the Colorado and the Negro as it's somewhat Anglo centric at present.

You could perhaps include the Pearl River, since pearl is a colour, though that could be a stretch.

Edit: actually, looks like it is named that way for the pearl-coloured shells in its water.
