Unique Native American Placenames by State

Guess a valid placename of Native American origin for each state. The name MUST BE UNIQUE to that state; it can be shared by NO OTHER state(s). Locations included in this quiz range from counties to towns and villages; major lakes, rivers and islands, etc. Three frequently occurring languages in each state are given as hints in the answer column.
As there are over 1500 valid answers, try to be as precise with spelling as possible.
State names themselves (i.e. Mississippi, Alaska, etc.) are not valid.
Includes names from the Hawai'ian language.
