European Colonies in the Americas

Colonies of the Europeans in the Americas (only includes major/large colonies). Some colonies that were split or merged only contain their final version i.e. if North and South united only their union is included or if a colony splits into North and South their original union is not included with the exception of some small Caribbean Islands.
