What about Ecuador, Trinidad, Egypt, Italy and Indonesia?

I will add Indonesia(don't know how I missed that) and Egypt. Italy I have added based on Lampedusa. The others you will have to explain to me. As far as I know the Galapagos Islands are not considered part of Oceania or North America. Trinidad and Tobago, despite being close to South America, is a part of the West Indies, which is a part of North America.
