I understand that Antartica does not have cities, but surely Australia or Oceania should be included.

No-one is more concerned about the representation of Oceania than myself. I mean, I live here...as in there. In this case there are no significant population centres in Oceania that begin with 'F'. The largest is Faaa in French Polynesia with 29,826. Normally, I would point this out in the caveats, but I guess I forgot this time.
