1. Gordon was never "Married" he had a relationship with Barbara (Engaged) for a while, then she turned insane and started dating "Lee" who soon became pregnant.

2.The Riddler is not a "Hero" He is a villain

I agree with all of that, accept Barbara is the pregnant one, but he does marry Lee at the end in the GCPD (Harvey Bullock officiates) so she actually is his wife.
