Technically you could add South Korea to the list, as it will host the 2018 winter games. it has hosted the summer games in 1988 and the fifa world cup in a co shared one with japan in 2002

And technically, you could also add Russia, as Winter Olympics 2014 Host in Sochi, Summer Olympics 1980 Host in Moscow (even if it was USSR) and that will host the World Cup 2018

I just realized that Sweden never hosted the Winter Olympics. Seems strange to me.

Canada can now be added to the list by virtue of hosting the 2026 World Cup.
