I would argue they're the first people to discover America, as we have no idea who the first people were and whether they were considered one people, and whether you would even consider it to be a discovery for them.
You accept any number in the 50s for Greenland, either the question should ask for 10,000s or you should only accept 57.
Svalbard is an archipelago not an island.
