Interesting quiz. A couple of corrections though: Ombudsman is misspelled. Lutefisk is soaked specifically in lye. And technically salmiakki is a chemical called salt of ammonium chloride and not salted liquorice. Though people often use the words salmiak and liquorice interchangeably.
