Maybe I've just got similar tastes to you but I know what all of these games are and I only game a few hours a week, I think the choices themselves are fine if the target audience is people that game rather than general JP users.

Some of the references seem a bit vague though which might explain the low percentages, for example I only played Nier Automata last year and I drew a blank because I don't remember the ladders being obnoxious at all.
