Niue is a 'self-governing country in free association with New Zealand'. It is not part of New Zealand because it has a separate government and separate citizenship.

You could add a tiny hint that there are 'countries' that are not actual independent countries (as in "the Countries of the World") included in the quiz. I'd never guess Hong Kong or Niue if I'm asked to give a country. ..

Tonga numbers are wrong, according to the 2011 census (most recent) it should be 18%, not 62%.
