Nippon is the Japanese name and Las Filipinas is the current Spanish Name.

I changed Japan’s name, but Las Filipinas was the Old Name of the Philippines under Spanish Rule.

Thought I'd see Sri Lanka / Ceylon. But I'm not that up on the history so maybe it doesn't quite belong here. And I was ready for Taiwan / Formosa but not surprised it wasn't included either.

calling anatolia an old name is a bit of a stretch, anatolia is still the name of the peninsula, which just so happens to have turkey on it. bit of a nitpick, but whatever.

I've changed Turkey's name, I re-checked the source and I saw that it was incorrect, sorry for the mistake.
