The only capital starting with a Y? Hardly. Try: Yamoussoukro, Yaoundé, Yaren, Yerevan. Two of them are even for African countries.

why not lake volta? yes to all the Y capitals. Why not accept victoria for victoria falls since you are asking for falls?
