Biggest U.S. Suburbs

Can you name the largest cities in the United States which function primarily as a suburb of another city?
"Suburb" is a very hard term to define - for this quiz, a suburb is a city which primarily relies on its larger city economically and doesn't have a developed central business district.
Some suburbs can have a larger population than their core city!

Long Beach was founded independently of and around the same time as Los Angeles and has its own downtown business district so even if it largely functions as a suburb today it isn’t one in the traditional sense.
