From Philly so I always wondered what the fringe areas of PNW were like. Eastern Washington, south and east oregon, most of idaho. I have such a small conception of what it'd be like to see/live there

I've driven through Eastern Washington and the Idaho panhandle on the way to Seattle. Idaho was very similar to Montana, and Eastern Washington had some interesting arid areas with endless expanses of grass and dust devils sweeping the land. British Columbia has areas like this too (especially around Kamloops), it doesn't all look like Vancouver!

Great quiz! I'm from WA but I usually consider part of Montana as part of the PNW too. Something to maybe add?

Why White Rock is included? It is part of Metro Vancouver and should be included as part of Vancouver. If White Rock is to be included, then why not Surrey; given that White Rock used to be part of Surrey?

Clearly you didn’t try typing in Surrey otherwise you would see that it’s an allowed type in. These are the figures that the Canadian government gives so I’m inclined to trust that they’re accurate.

Marysville!? Isn't that a suburb of Everett though?

Imo (personal) alaska panhandle should be counted as PNW, it's part of the inside passage
