Oboe and bassoon almost never march, the double reed is too fragile to try and march and they tend to be way to valuable to put on non-temperature controlled field. If they are used at all, it is usually as a soloist from the pit area.

Bass saxophone is a beast. The one I've played has a spot for lyre, but no marching band is going to march a bass sax (let alone own one probably). There's never a part for it. You're more likely to see a part for soprano sax instead.

I'd consider more typeins for rack and synthesizer personally, I tried keyboard and maybe a range of auxiliary percussion for the rack would be nice.

Could you please add the contrabass bugle? (or the contra)

Most professional marching bands I’ve seen use this instead of the sousaphone.
