French southern lands is missing. Peter I island is antarctic claim.

I included Peter I because it's offshore, but it is subject to the Antarctic Treaty. I excluded FSAL from the answer set because it includes a continental claim. I had planned to include it as a "gimme" (answer automatically granted), but I'm not sure to go about setting that up.
