Countries that Changed their Name

Given the modern name of a country and the year it changed to it, give the name it was previously known by. This list doesn't include countries which asked that their countries name not be translated (e.g. Cote D'Ivoire). This also does not include countries that changed their names upon independence (e.g. British Honduras to Belize).
