Complete the pizza order

Ok so now imagine you are a famous pizzaiolo in Italy. You're taking the order for one client who is listing the ingredients he wants one by one. He is a very big eater and sometimes he can have weird ideas. Text hints are supposed to be your reactions to each mention of a new ingredient.
It is strongly recommended that you answer in the correct order, but feel free to add whatever you want to your pizza !

And if you are more into autumn vibes, I brought this from my last forest walk. I checked and these are indeed edible.
Mushrooms
We can sprinkle with this other typical Italian cheese. You never put too much of this anyway !

Are you sure you want to add this? It's not like we're baking for breakfast with bacon...
The egg
Oh no, it might not be a good idea to add this kind of Spanish sausage, it makes pizzas spicy.
Chorizo
Why would you add exotic fruits on a pizza ? What's wrong with you ??
