I happily answered the first few questions thinking...then things took a turn for the worst for mankind.

Not everything in the distant future is bleak, but we are living in very hospitable times right now. Unless we are fantastic at adapting, it's fair to assume that the extinction of mankind will be sooner than later.

In my opinion, we are far more likely to cause our own extinction than any kind of cosmic or geological force.
