Why does "St Pierre et Miquelon" not work, since that is surely the answer?

It looks like the system calculates correctly if you type ''and'' instead of ''et'', or even without ''and''. I have now improved it to ensure that other people like you no longer experience this problem. Thank you for submitting the issue ;)
