Teams That Have Played in All Top Five Tiers of English Football

The National League (formerly the Football Conference) was introduced in 1979 as the Alliance Premier League and became the recognised fifth tier of English football, sitting one level below the Football League (EFL). Seven clubs have competed in each of the top five national tiers, with all of them having played at top-flight level before dropping into non-League. Can you name them?
The top five tiers are presently the Premier League, EFL Championship, EFL League One, EFL League Two and the National League.
