I simply couldn't find Hawaii, so I just started guessing states that alphabetically fit in that position. Maybe you'd want to consider less whammies?

Even with the 3 whammies that's how I got Hawaii. I paused the quiz and stopped to think and I was like: ohhhh Hawaii would be so so sneaky!

I've always thought that Wisconsin and Tanzania have looked kind of similar. Plus, both of them are on great lakes, have their largest cities on the east coast, and inland capital cities.
