Tough because so many are close to 10 million.

Cuba's probably less. Even though the UN has them at nearly 11 million, they are seemingly not taking into account recent gigantic emigration.

I'm looking forward to the 2026 edition of UN World Population Prospects which will hopefully make a lot of our population quizzes more accurate.
