According to your source usa should not be here only in the subdivisions of the country is english official

Same with: australia, uk and new zealand

In these countries, English is conventionally spoken by both the government and main population, despite it having no de jure official status at national level.

Personally I don’t think that’s enough to label the entire nation. It just Hong Kong not all of China

China doesn't make sense, Hong Kong is a subdivision, if you include those then you should had more countries where English is official only in subdivisions
