All countries (somewhat) existed prior to 0AD
Modern countries that are not DIRECT decedents of it's ancient counterpart, it will not be allowed.
Some empires might have existed multiple times so a certain dynasty might have been chosen.
Not all flags are 100% accurate, so if you find a MORE official flag, or you are a vexologist, PLEASE let me know so it can be updated!
