Apparently it was part of greek and georgian orthodox bibles (not sure bout other kinds of orthodox tho) but was not seen as completely canonical and is often not contained in more recent orthodox bibles.

Just minor canons use it as a normal book: Russian, Macedonian and Greek churches just use Maccabees 4 as an appendix.

It doesn't mean it's now un-used, it's still used in liturgy at least.
