I've never seen a list where Amsterdam appears this high. Where are Moscow, Cairo, Kinshasa?

As already noted, Moscow, Cairo and Kinshasa are missing, and I suspect there might be a couple of others. "Rhine-Ruhr" is not a city, but a conglomeration - so either the title of the quiz should be "Metropolitan areas" or Rhine-Ruhr doesn't belong here.

I noticed that some cities seemed to be absent, but I wanted to stick with the source. If I put those in it would skew the rankings.
