Could add Georgia, Myanmar, Congo, and Libya to the list – they had pretty substantial flag changes

Interesting. I'm amazed that that flag for Suriname ever made it off anyone's drawing board. It looks like Tom's head when Jerry has just dropped an ironing board on it or something.
