Yes, there's a pretty big manufacturing and industrial output in DPRK. Heavy industry is obviously more important than consumer goods, but that market has been expanding, too.

They supply both sides in a lot of conflicts / rivalries : Armenia and Azerbaijan, India and Pakistan, Syria + Iran and UAE

I'd also add China v India as well; I think the US used to play both sides a lot more but there were consequences to that lol (iykwim). Never a good long-term strategy.

I guessed Uganda because in the movie Who Killed Captain Alex? there is a character who is a Russian mercenary fighting there.

Also if you haven't watched it, please do, it's a Ugandan action movie that's clearly the biggest labor of love there is. It's free to watch on youtube on their movie studio's channel

Russia has been supplying Egypt with arms for decades, all the way back to when they were a new state more closely aligned with the Soviets than with the USA.

I was surprised to find Afghanistan on the list, since they pushed the Russians out in a violent way. But I suppose they still need to buy ammo and spare parts for the weapons systems that they once acquired, and that of course shows up as military imports.
