I could be wrong but when I was in the French Foreign Legion I patrolled the borders of Ethiopia and Somalia while living in Djibouti. I was also on a mission one night to go across the water to Yemen to rescue British civilians when a civil war broke out.

But, try as I might I can't find it on your fish map. Pretty sure the citizens and President would appreciate it being put in its rightful spot on the map.
