One chive is also an herb. No reason it has to be plural.

I'm not familiar with herbs, but I still had a lot of fun and was able to get most of them. Coming up with sentences for some of the longer ones much have been challenging.

Thanks for the previous comment. I made the Herbs light up with a little bit of css and surrounding the herb itself in some html to differentiate it.
