No surprises. I used to sit afternoons at a Krispy Kreme in Dammam because it had free Wi-Fi. You should have seen some of the land monsters that waddled into there, barely contained by their thobe.

I expected to see some of the oil-rich Arab nations but not some of the poorer ones like Syria or Libya.

Obesity isn't really wealth related. Most of the things that make you gain weight fast are actually really cheap like sugar and wheat flour.

I thought I'd do well, I then realized the countries I knew with high obesity rates outside of North America were island nations. Every region I thought of had thin people until I tried one and basically found the rest of the answers.
