great quiz. I do not know if is it just me, but I noticed that the pieces in the left column, after I completed the margins, were actually in the same order as they were requested to fill the map, which maybe makes the puzzle too easy

The jigsaw pieces shapes give away too much information : which pieces are at the corners and edges, which may connect to which and which can absolutely not. For the amount of pieces, it makes it too easy

Agreed. It's a great idea but if the pieces were all perfectly square it would be more of a challenge.

loved this quiz. i know it appears by default on all choose-from-list quizzes, but Keyboard Shortcuts are no good on this one, so why have them in the caveats?

It's not just by default, it is forced upon quiz creators. It cannot be hidden or removed.
