Great quiz series! But I think the answer to B - W must be Broken Arrow, Oklahoma with more then 113,000 people.

Broken Arrow issue still remains unfixed.

All the data I used was from City Population website, Broken Arrow isn't listed on there as presumably they regard it as a part of Tulsa. In the interests of fairness I will add broken arrow as a type-in.
