Sri Lanka doesn't work. The Danube's tributaries also flow through North Macedonia, Italy, Poland and Albania, but it hardly matters on this scale. You've been pretty thorough, really.
The hardest part was translating the islands from Polish to English and the lakes from Spanish to English. At first, I used artificial intelligence, but since I noticed some errors, I had to go back over each of the answers manually. In the list of lakes, I had to remove some because there were duplicates in the list I used. In addition, I added the Type-ins, even if I must have forgotten a few, as Sri Lanka is proof, and it's certainly not the only one. But overall, I'm pretty happy with this quiz.
