1. Q3: In English, it's just called "Mount Kinabalu," so it would be nice for this (and variants) to be accepted as a type-in. However as @YtxkA implies, the question is problematic as it stands in any case, because "Southeast Asia" is not well-defined. According to the Wikipedia page for List of Southeast Asian Mountains, for example, Mt. Kinabalu is only the 28th highest.
2. Q5: Could you please specify that you are looking for the city? (e.g.: "What city is the birthplace of Che Guevara?") I was rather confused and a bit put out when "Argentina" wasn't accepted.
As the seat of the government of Bolivia, La Paz is the site of the Palacio Quemado, the presidential palace. It is also the seat of the Bolivian legislature, the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, and numerous government departments and agencies. The constitutional capital of Bolivia, Sucre, retains the judicial power.
Kinshasa is tricky. They haven’t had a proper census in 40 years, so it’s pretty hard to nail down things like languages spoken at home. It is plausible that a plurality of people speak French as their first language in the city, but hard to be sure.
And Mauretania is the german name for it, so that explains my error.
Thank you for the feedback!

3. Q6: As @bz points out, there are many countries with no rivers. See e.g.: https://www.jetpunk.com/user-quizzes/26185/countries-without-rivers, which lists 17 answers.
The correct answer should be Quito, Ecuador.
