Marvel Heroes from the 1970's (obscure edition)

While working on my other quiz, "Marvel Heroes from the 1970's", I came across several heroes who I wasn't sure if I should include in said quiz. Ultimately, I decided to just put those characters into another quiz, this one! Using the provided clues, identify some of the lesser-known Marvel heroes to first appear in the 1970's.
