TS stands for Teeside. Cleveland county was abolished in 1996. Having no official boundaries it is simply recognised as a historic region.

All the postcode areas mentioned do cover some land within Yorkshire. For example LA - obviously Lancaster isn't in Yorkshire but the postcode areas LA2, LA6, and LA10 cover small parts of North Yorkshire: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/LA_postcode_area
