Given the criterion "country to win an Olympic medal", why is Monaco's medal in 1924 not included? It is obviously less populous than Estonia.. you should at the absolute least include a caveat explaining why this is omitted, if not simply include the answer.
Why do you not accept the common "USVI" as a type-in? It may be related to its lack of country status on the site that it doesn't do this automatically for you? I'm not sure.
What is the meaning of the asterisk after 2024? I could guess a few reasons, but it's kind of weird to have it there with no explanation.
I don't really know why the tally is relevant, since the quiz isn't about how many medals each country has won, but it's your quiz and you added the caveat, so that works.
USVI is really, really not unusual at all, but thanks for adding it.
Thanks for the quiz. Its always funny to read nitpicky comments, and/or the tone people deliver them with, from those who have been on here for years but not bothered to ever contribute one single quiz themselves. Staggering. Thank you again mate for a great quiz, Nominated.

This quiz was made before the end of the Paris Games hence the asterisk in case a smaller country won a medal, it is now gone
USVI is an unusual type in but I added it anyway
