All 3,142 County Seats of the United States on a Map
Try to name as many county seats of the counties in the United States as you can!
Caution: the map is large in size, and with 3k+ answers, the page WILL BE SLOW
This includes DC and the independent city-counties of Virginia, but not overseas territories like Puerto Rico
For the unorganized counties and equivalents in Alaska, Hawaii, and South Dakota, the name of any community in the county, or the name of the county itself, is acceptable.
The counties constituting the boroughs of New York City do not have seats. Therefore, the answer will be the name of the borough itself.

why is there one less county seat than county
Buena Vista - placed in McIntosh county, actually the seat of Marion county.
Danielsville - placed in McDuffie, actually the seat of Madison
Darien - placed in Madison, actually the seat of McIntosh
Oglethorpe - placed in Marion, actually the seat of Macon
Thomson - placed in Macon, actually the seat of McDuffie.
Also there are a few naming things I'd like to see addressed. For instance, all towns with "Mount" in the name take only the full word instead of the abbrevation "Mt" (for instance, the quiz only takes "Mount Vernon" instead of "Mt Vernon"). The sole exception is Michigan, where for some reason it only takes the abbreviated form. The quiz should accept both forms of these names for all states.
