also, you did not include some cities that would fit here, and I am just wondering about the reasoning behind them:

Sorry to hear that. Yes, I noticed by some comments that some cities are missing or some of the added cities aren't really cities, but part of a bigger city etc. etc.. Probably because the source I used isn't very reliable which is one of the reasons I stopped the series.
I'll fix the things you mentioned now. Thanks for the feedback.
