Flemish carbonades is not a term in English. Apparently it is called "Flemish stew" in English, never heard the term before to be honest, but maybe you should think about accepting the French and Dutch names for it. (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Flemish_stew).
And while they are called grey shrimp in French and Dutch, they are more commonly called brown shrimp in English. (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Crangon_crangon)
